Make Side Money By Selling Junk on eBay

I was going to throw away a broken computer that I had bought for $700 several years ago, but I posted it on Ebay as "broken computer" to see if anyone would buy it. Lo and behold, several bidders wanted to snatch this advertised broken piece of junk. Probably wanted it for the parts. I sold it for $39 (plus $40 for shipping it = $79).

My dad had this old large screen TV that broke. I posted it as "broken TV" on Ebay for 99 cents and someone bought it for $25. He told me he was handy with fixing stuff. Cool chump change for me.

So far, I'll say I've probably made several thousand dollars from selling junk from my home over the last few years. I've been selling for a couple years now, and it's really nice to an extra $30 here or $20 in your PayPal account from an eBay sale. I use the chump change to go on a mini shopping spree. It's really nice.

If you have a lot of junk, you can open a store on Ebay so you don't have to repost listings: Open a store on eBay. Or download eBay's software Turbo Lister Turbo Lister that helps manage your inventory and makes posting your items a lot easier, especially if you have similar items :)
